Talsperre Wallroda

The Talsperre Wallroda is located in the northern part of Arnsdorf in the state of Saxony. It lies in Bautzen district, which is known almost worldwide for its excellent mustard industry. The reservoir has an area of around 34 hectares and is thus ideal for fishing and swimming. One major feature of this lake is that it is crossed by a wide railway embankment on the right side. Gay and straight men like to meet at this railway embankment for cruising. The area is in the northern part of the dam and thus opposite the campground. The crowd here is quite mixed and ranges from young to old. Unfortunately, hardly anyone ventures there in winter, so this area only thrives in summer. But the parking lot at Hennersdorfer See also has quite a bit to offer.
